Delivery Policy

Delivery cost is worked out on the overall weight of your order and tallied up at the checkout. The delivery cost is from £3.00 -  £4.45 depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

All orders 'over' £30 qualify for FREE 2nd Class Shipping 

We want to get your happy post to you as soon as we can, so aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. As all our products are lovingly hand poured in small batches, delays can sometimes occur during busy periods.

Orders are sent via the Royal Mail with your chosen shipping option. (Some larger orders maybe sent via courier usually DHL or DPD)

This does not usually require a signature at delivery however, if the parcel is too big for your letterbox and you are not home at time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card detailing how to collect your items.

Royal Mail 1st Class delivery usually takes around 1 - 3 working days to deliver you parcel. (This does not include dispatch time)

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery usually takes around 3 - 5 working days to deliver you parcel. (This does not include dispatch time)

Saturdays & Sundays are not considered as working days.

During busier periods ie. Christmas or Covid-19 Restrictions there may be some postal delay issues. In this instance please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
