Refund policy

Cera De Luxe is more than happy to accept returns.

Returns must be returned to us in an unused, unopened condition and their original packaging.

Refunds will not be given on products that have been opened unless faulty/defective.

To Return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days of delivery (proof of postage must be provided by buyer)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (proof of postage required). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges on any orders.

Due to the nature of Custom or Personalised orders, we cannot accept Cancellations, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless the item arrives as damaged or defective in any way.
